Once you’ve purchased a toy, we see it as a “Forever” toy. If your furry or hairy friend loves it so much that it wears out faster than expected, we’ll replace it with the same toy. If the original is unavailable, we’ll exchange it for one of equal or lesser value. Don’t forget to review the warranty details for more information.
